Hello! Welcome to Bunker Hill Christian Church's children's page. We would like to thank you for taking the time to check out our Children's Department. Through this page, we hope you will discover all of the exciting opportunities that are available to your children. Our children's ministry is designed with a dual purpose in mind: YOU & YOUR CHILD! We want to help your child discover how awesome God is and how He wants to help them have the best life possible. VBS Jun 20-25 from 6:30pm- 9:00pm Click here for details & to pre-register for silly bands. Bring a friend to VBS and BOTH OF YOU will receive your very own superhero cape! Bunker Hill Kids’ Ministry presents MARVELOUS MONDAYS Prepay only $30 per person for all 4 events & get your NEW kids’ church t-shirt FREE! June 14- Creation Kingdom Zoo- 10:30 Come face to face with animals from Africa, India, and beyond. We will travel to Snowflake VA to see this zoo founded on the pillars of Genesis. ($8 per person, lunch included) June 28- Hero Mystery Monday- 10:30 Be a hero while helping deliver VBS service projects followed by a fun mystery destination. ($6 per person, lunch included) July 12- Cooper’s Gem Mine- 10:30 Pick up your bucket and sift authentic mine ore. You find it, you keep it! Possibilities are quartz, emeralds, garnet, and other gems and minerals. ($8 per person, lunch included) July 26- Wetlands Waterpark Bring your whole family for this BHCC favorite! Kid-Driven Ministry
We recognize that kids and adults have different spiritual and emotional needs. A kid-driven ministry will mean focusing on the uniqueness of each child, giving them hands-on opportunity to know God, to serve God and to be His voice to those around them. We believe kids are more than simply special little people. Our kids are growing daily in their faith. Our kids are hungering and thirsting after God.. Our kids are the future of this church!
Instruction
We provide both Bible-based and purposeful curriculum for our children. In every program they will find bits of learning that are relevant and applicable to their personal growth. We have the desire to take advantage of every teachable moment in these young lives.
Dynamic Programming
Our kids are living in a fast-paced, colorful world with anything and everything competing for their attention. With creative and fun programming, we bring the Scriptures to life. We provide our kids programming in a variety of ways to give them unforgettable Bible learning experiences.
Service
When you hear the words....a little child shall lead them....who do you think "them" is? We are developing our kids to be leaders. We believe that children must be given opportunities to explore their gifts and use them by actively participating in our ministry.
